the fact that it is a weft hair extension you can do it, but beware you must have had a lot of practise to be able to do it to the back of your head. anyhow, make sure you do not stick it to the scalp itself more like the root of the hair, if not u gon get some bald patches up in your head. oh and the best glue i think to use is bonding latex glue, its easy to come out coz it slips out after you apply oil or grease to it.

hope that helped. good luck with the fake hair

Yeah you can do it but it will be hard to do it alone. You'll need to use a second mirror so that you can see behind yourself.

No you can't just glue them to your scalp. If applying them yourself was easy everyone would do it, girl. If you're an experienced hair dresser you can't do your own weave/extensions very easily, so I suggest you save your pennies and have it done professionally.

If you glue a weft onto your own hair is only going to make a mess and you'll have to get them removed professionally. Not a good idea. I have had extensions since the 80's and I've never known anyone, not even hairdressers/weavers, to do their own extensions.

Im almost positive you cant. The glue has to be strong to hold the extensions in, therefore i think its too strong to apply directly to your scalp. You could very possible get a reaction too. Just call a local salon if your not sure. I agreem they are veryy expensive. Good luck though, hope this helped

Hmm I don't know...I think it would look like crap though. Its better you go to a salon.

I have 100 percent, keratin wax individually bonded hair extensions. They costed about 1,000 dollars...but they are WORTH IT. I've been getting this kind of a long time, they last about 4 months, and then you take them out and you can usually re-use them and get them put back in one more time, so they last all together about 8 months, after 4 months you just have to get them taken out and put back in again and all you have to pay for is the girls time vs the hair.

***Also..you do NOT glue them right to your scalp! Hair extensions are glued to your own hair..NOT your scalp. That would not be good.
