You may have gotten the ones that you need to sew yourself, because those are the kinds that sally's usually sells.

If they are tracks then they have to be sewn in or glued in. if you never done it you should really let a professional do it.

if they have tracks .. wich is a strip of weaft at the top ... u can glue them in .. u get the glue at sallys as well its like a buck ... u first cut the weft into sections so the sections stretch across ur head and end just before ur hairlines ... u then part ur hair in horizontal parts , match up the cut sections of weft ... and put glue on the weft .. place glued side of weft directly below the part for ur section ON THE HAIR .. if u get the glue on ur scalp its gonna itch like no ones business... continue this until u have desired amount of extensions in .. make sure u leave sections inbetween each weft to cover ur tracks .. expecially at the top , crown and hairlines... if u bought extensions that dont have wefts .. sorry i couldnt help u .. i can put them in other pples hair but really hard to do ur self ..
