Can you recommend an expert who can perform realistic mesh & human hair fillers for an alopecia

I am desperate, but I'm reluctant to resort to wearing an itchy wolley mammoth wig that tends to slip..I've tried wearing them in secret!!

I have been advised that the hair I've got is too fine to support hair extensions or a weave for any decent amount of time. I've tried wearing scarves, but it would be awkward to wear them to work and they can make me look ill!

I live near Birmingham but I'd be prepared to travel nationwide and consider any cost...it has totally wrecked my confidence.
