I've had the glue in extensions.... I do not recommend them they can be very messy. When showering, alot of them would come loose so when I got out and tryed to add more glue it would get all on my real hair, so I had to cut it out. Sallys Beauty Supplies has clip in hair extensions that I often wear, they are 70 bucks for a pack of them and you can put them on yourself in less then 5 minutes and you can remove them just as easy. You can get human hair or synthetic, I would suggest human so you can curl them or straighten them, you could also dye the hair if it doesnt quite match your color! Good Luck!

well opposite ur hair if its curly straighten it if its straight curl it and if its wavy do either of the two and then sometimes just wear it normally everyone will think its real

Getting hair extensions?

ok.. extensions are not very expensive... i buy them like.. every 2 months.. for me, they are only $25 and its REAL human hair.. so it doesnt look fake... but make sure you get the right color!!!!!!

they arent permanent, you can have them glued or weaved in...

personally, I prefer glue, its easier.. you and do it yourself and you'll never have to worry about them falling out

Caucasian extensions are usually more expensive. Depending on your ethnicity, they are usually sewn or glued in with a hair glue. Most are made to look very real unless you select an outrageous color. I would suggest going to a beauty supply store (like a Sally's Beauty Supply), check out their inventory and ask the clerks. They have a lot of beautician that go through there and may be able to recommend someone. Also, check your local community college or yellow book to see if there is a cosmetology course/class. In my area, students do hairstyles at almost 75% off regular salons. Although they are in training, there's always a licensed beautician there so you won't feel like a guinea pig. Good luck.
